Shipping & Return Policy

Contact us immediately at 573-469-5013 to discuss any issues with your products or initiate the returns process. If we have made an error in shipping, or sent you the wrong product, we will gladly correct that issue at no cost to you. Customer returns require customer to pay all shipping costs. All other returns will be handled on a case by case basis. We will receive most products back into our stock if they are in good condition and can be resold.
Our restocking fee is 10% plus the cost of the return label. Refunds are either credited back to the credit card used to make the purchase or issued by check (takes 2 weeks on average to be mailed from the time of the receipt of the product back into our stock).

Where do you ship from?

Weston Scientific ships its' stocked items from our production facility located in Linn, MO.

Third-party items ship directly from the manufacturer.
When will my order be shipped?

Orders for in-stock items placed before 12:00 pm CT (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day.

Orders for in-stock items placed after 12:00 pm CT or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Third-party items, which are shipped directly from the manufacturer, will usually ship with 2-3 business days. However, because manufacturers ship from a wide variety of locations, delivery time can vary significantly.

Should the item you order not be in stock you will be notified by email of the expected delivery time.
How many days will it take to receive my item(s)?

Stocked items will usually ship within 1 business day. Depending on your location, you should receive these items within 3 to 7 business days.

Third-party items, which are shipped directly from the manufacturer, will usually ship within 2-3 business days. However, because manufacturers ship from a wide variety of locations, delivery time can vary significantly.

Please note that the distance to your address may also impact transit time. We will do our best to keep you updated regarding any major changes to lead times.
How can I expedite my shipment?

During the checkout process, you will be given several shipping options.

To qualify for expedited shipping, Weston Scientific must receive your order before 2pm CT, Monday through Friday. Weston Scientific does not offer Saturday delivery.

Expedited orders only ship on business days; any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Expedited shipping is NOT available for third-party items.

Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier service website.

​​​​Why can’t my order be shipped to California?

Some of our units which produce ozone cannot be sold or shipped into the state of California due to regulations enforced by the California Air Resources Board. This product Does not meet California air cleaner regulation (AB 2276) requirements. All of our items are approved for sale in every state outside of CA.
What if I need to modify or cancel an order I’ve already placed?

If you would like to modify an order that you have placed, contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Item modification is not guaranteed and can only be done during business hours Monday – Friday, 10am-5pm CT. If you’re unable to contact our Customer Support team in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.
Do you consolidate shipments or ship each line on an order individually?

For your convenience, we always aim to consolidate our shipments as much as possible. However, some items cannot be completely consolidated.

Does Weston Scientific offer repairs on products?

Yes! A talented group of professionals is in place and ready to repair all Weston Scientific products that require attention. The warranty information for each product is clearly described in your owner’s manual.

The warranty effective date begins on the date you purchased the product. Warranties apply to the parts and labor required to repair a product. Low-cost repair is available for items on which the warranty has expired.
